A Smart Security Clear Glazed uPVC Window 1770 x 1040mm compatible with Kubu Smart Security technology, enabling homeowners to monitor their door via a smartphone app (Kubu sensor sold separately). This four pane, double-glazed window has two side hung opening windows and a top opening window on the centre pane. This smart uPVC window features a trickle vent system to allow fresh air to ventilate the room even when the casement window is locked, a 150mm deep x 30mm high sill and egress hinges with a wide opening angle. For installation, this uPVC window requires a 1780mm wide x 1050mm high brickwork opening.
